Wally: "design my week of meals"

If you don't want to plan dinners one at a time, ask Wally to do it. Open Wally from the right-hand chat panel and say something like:

• "Design my week of dinners — Mediterranean leaning, no shellfish, my kid likes pasta."
• "Plan 5 weeknight dinners for two adults, low effort, lots of vegetables."
• "Plan a meal a day for the next 7 days, keep total prep + cook under 35 minutes each."

What Wally does:

1. Invents N recipes (default 5) varied across protein, cuisine, and difficulty so you don't get bored of the same flavors
2. Saves each recipe to your account
3. Schedules each recipe onto your Personal calendar at the cook time you specified (defaults to 18:30 starting tomorrow)
4. The scheduled events trigger the same auto-grocery-list math you'd get from manual planning — every ingredient flows into your shopping list, grouped by aisle

Wally first shows a preview card with the recipes it's about to save and the grocery list it would generate. You confirm with "Do it" and the writes happen. Reject and the preview is dropped — nothing is written.

You can also walk this manually:

1. Recipes tab → "Compose with AI" — generate one recipe at a time
2. Plan tab → schedule each recipe to a meal slot
3. Grocery tab → review the auto-populated list

The Wally tool exists because the manual path is 6 separate AI calls + 6 plan-a-meal forms. One Wally request collapses the whole sequence into one preview-and-commit.

Cost: each meal in the plan uses one Anthropic Claude call. A 7-meal plan uses 7 calls of ~1500 tokens each — billed back to you at the standard +15% chargeback.
