My Stays — open your room key from your phone

My Stays (/me/stays) gathers every hotel, inn, or rental stay booked through Turtini into one place — across every email address Turtini knows is yours — so your room key is always a tap away.

Each stay shows:
• The property, room number, and your check-in / check-out dates.
• How you can get in — a phone tap, the card you paid with, or a PIN — shown as chips, with your PIN visible inline.
• An "Open my key" button that takes you to your room-key page.

Opening your door:
• Phone — tap "Open my key", then "Tap to unlock" once you're standing at the door. Your key only works during your stay.
• Card — just tap the same card you paid with on the reader at your door; nothing else to do.
• PIN — enter the 6-digit code on the door keypad and press unlock.

You'll also get an email the day before you arrive with the same key link, so you can let yourself in even without opening the app. If a stay isn't showing up, it's likely booked under an email you haven't added to your account yet.
