Report phishing or spam

Open the message and press Report phishing (or Report spam).

The message moves to Junk, the sender is blocked for your mailbox, and the sender's address is added to your organization's Fraud Blocks with a fingerprint: the domains it links to and a hash of each attachment. No subject, message text or recipient is kept.

The report also goes to Turtini for review. Once Turtini approves it, the same sender, links and attachments are flagged for every organization on the platform.

Reports about someone inside your own organization move and block the message for you but are not added to Fraud Blocks: a colleague's account sending phishing is an account to secure, so tell your admin. Admins can remove a block from Fraud Blocks at any time.
