Add organization email footers and required disclaimers

Footers are blocks your organization adds to mail sent from webmail: a confidentiality notice, a team sign-off, an office address.

To add one:
1. Open Mail (/mail) and go to the Footers tab.
2. Press + Footer, name it and write it.
3. Under Applies to, choose who it is for: everyone in the organization, a role, a person, a mailbox or a shared mailbox. Assign it as many times as you like.
4. Turn on Required if nobody may leave it off.

When more than one footer applies, people are offered the most specific one (a mailbox's own, then a person's, then a role's, then the organization's) and can leave it off. Every required footer is added after the message by Turtini's servers when it is sent, including replies and forwards, and cannot be removed from the composer or worked around.

Personal signatures come from Email Signatures in the Builder. They are added on personal mailboxes by default; you can choose to add them everywhere or nowhere.

Changes save automatically and apply to the next message anyone sends.
