Answer a meeting invite in webmail

An invite in a message shows as a card with the title, the time in your own time zone (and the organizer's time when it differs), and who organized it.

- Join opens the meeting. It appears only for Turtini Stage, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex links, so a look-alike link in an invite never gets a big Join button.
- Accept, Tentative or Decline sends your answer to the organizer from this mailbox, as a reply their calendar understands. For a Turtini meeting it also updates the meeting's list of who is coming.

When you organized a Turtini meeting, replies from attendees update their answer when you open them, but only when the reply came from that attendee's own address and their mail server vouched for it.
