What Luggage is — cargo and bag chain-of-custody

Luggage is a chain-of-custody tracker for bags, cargo, and physical packages. Built for airlines, transport carriers, hospitality (guest luggage forwarding), and anyone who has to know where someone else's stuff is right now.

Tabs:
• **Dashboard** — open holds, recent transfers, BLE device health.
• **Holds** — items currently in your custody.
• **Bags** — registry of every tracked item (bag, parcel, cargo unit).
• **Deliveries** — scheduled handoffs and completed deliveries.
• **Devices** — BLE/UWB beacons paired to bags for proximity tracking.
• **Events** — append-only audit log: every scan, transfer, and movement.

Core primitive: a **QR-first workflow**. Every bag gets a printable QR tag at intake. Every scan writes an event with timestamp, location, and operator. The event log is the chain of custody — non-rewritable history of who held what when.
