Intake a bag and print its QR tag

To intake a bag:
1. /luggage → Bags tab → "+ Intake bag"
2. **Owner** — passenger, guest, or shipper. Resolves to a Contact (creates one if new).
3. **Description** — type (suitcase, parcel, garment bag, cooler, etc.), color, weight (optional)
4. **Origin** — where you took custody (airport code, hotel, address)
5. **Destination** — where it should land
6. **Service level** — standard / express / same-day
7. Save → bag is registered with a unique tag id

Print the tag:
- Tag print sheet renders with QR + tag id + owner name + destination
- Tear-off receipt for the owner with the lookup URL
- Custom layouts available in Settings (4x6 thermal, 8.5x11 sheet of 4, etc.)

The QR encodes the bag's lookup URL. Anyone with a scanner (or a phone camera) can hit the URL — they see the bag's owner, current hold, and recent events. The owner can also bookmark the lookup URL.
