Linking F&B and Retail to your property

The Linked tab connects your lodging property to your Food & Beverage and Retail locations, enabling cross-module guest recognition.

What linking does:
• Guests with active reservations are flagged as hotel guests at linked F&B and Retail locations
• Staff at the restaurant or shop can see at a glance that a guest is currently staying at the property
• Retail purchases can be charged to the guest's room folio when the modules are connected

Setting up linked assets:
1. Go to the Linked tab for your property
2. Under "Food & Beverage Locations," enter the F&B location IDs (found in Food & Beverage → Settings → your restaurant ID)
3. Under "Retail Locations," enter the Store IDs (found in Retail → Settings)
4. Enter multiple IDs separated by commas if you have multiple locations
5. Click "Save Linked Assets"

Once saved, the linked IDs are shown as pills below each field. Staff at those locations will be able to see which tables or customers are hotel guests when the Lodging module recognizes an active reservation for that guest.

This tab is only visible when the Food & Beverage module, Retail module, or both are enabled for your org.
