Dashboard — occupancy and revenue at a glance

The Dashboard tab gives you a real-time snapshot of your property's performance without digging into individual records.

Key stats:
• Rooms Available — rooms currently clean and unoccupied
• Rooms Occupied — guests currently checked in
• Occupancy % — occupied rooms ÷ total rooms
• Revenue (Month) — total from stays that checked in during the current calendar month

Today's activity:
• Arrivals Today — confirmed reservations with today as their check-in date
• Departures Today — checked-in guests with today as their check-out date
• Upcoming (7 days) — confirmed reservations arriving in the next 7 days

Room status breakdown:
A live count of rooms in each status (Available, Occupied, Dirty, Cleaning, Out of Order) so housekeeping and front desk always have the same picture.

Recent reservations:
The last several reservations are listed with guest name, room, dates, and status — a quick-glance feed of recent activity.
