Creating and managing reservations
The Reservations tab is where you manage all guest bookings — from first inquiry through checkout.
Creating a reservation:
Click "+ New Reservation" and fill in:
• Guest name, email, and phone
• Link to CRM contact — if the guest is in your Contacts module, search and link them for unified guest history
• Room — select from available rooms for your dates
• Check-in and check-out dates — Turtini calculates nights automatically
• Adults and children
• Rate per night — auto-filled from the room type's base rate, but editable
• Deposit amount — optional; track whether it's been paid
• Source — Direct, Phone, Website, OTA (Booking.com / Expedia), or Walk-in
• Special requests and internal notes
Turtini calculates the subtotal, tax (using your property's tax rate), and total automatically.
Reservation statuses:
• Inquiry — initial request, not yet confirmed
• Confirmed — booking is confirmed; deposit received or waived
• Checked In — guest is currently staying
• Checked Out — stay is complete
• Cancelled — booking was cancelled
• No-Show — guest did not arrive
Filtering reservations:
Use the filter pills to view Upcoming, Today's arrivals/departures, Active (currently checked in), Past, or All reservations.
