Getting started with the Lodging module
The Lodging module turns Turtini into a full property management system — covering rooms, reservations, housekeeping, and guest management for hotels, inns, B&Bs, resorts, and any property that rents rooms by the night.
To activate the Lodging module:
1. Go to Organization → Settings → Modules
2. Enable "Lodging" — it will appear in your navigation
Setting up your property profile (Settings tab):
• Property name and address — required
• Phone and email — shown on guest communications
• Check-in time — your standard arrival time (e.g., 3:00 PM)
• Check-out time — your standard departure time (e.g., 11:00 AM)
• Tax rate — enter as a percentage (e.g., 12.5 for 12.5%)
• Description — a summary of your property shown internally
Multi-property support:
If your org manages more than one property, click "+ Add Property" in Settings to add additional properties. A property selector pill appears at the top of the module so you can switch between them instantly. Each property has its own rooms, reservations, and housekeeping data.
