YoY pace cards on the Lodging dashboard

The dashboard's three pace cards summarise where this month stands vs the same month last year and what's already on the books for the rest of the month.

Card 1 — ADR pace:
This-month ADR vs same-month-last-year ADR. Up arrow if you're pacing better, down arrow if you're behind. The actual delta (e.g. "+$12 vs LY") makes the trend immediate.

Card 2 — Occupancy pace:
This-month room nights sold vs same-month-last-year room nights sold for the same day-of-month. If today is the 14th, this is your month-to-date through the 14th vs LY through the 14th.

Card 3 — On-the-books revenue:
The total revenue already committed for this calendar month from confirmed reservations. Useful for forecasting end-of-month landing — typical late-arriving bookings add 10–25% on top, depending on your booking window.

When the cards appear:
The cards only render if there's at least one same-month-last-year sample in your historical rates. New properties or first-time imports won't see the cards until next year (or you import last year's history).
