Running Q&A and polls during a session

Once a session is live, you run it from the presenter panel at /live/:id while the room watches /live/:id/present.

Q&A:
• Questions stream in from attendees' phones, ordered by upvotes — the most-wanted question floats to the top.
• If moderation is on, pending questions wait in a queue; approve or dismiss each one. Approved questions appear on the projection screen instantly.
• Mark a question "answered" once you've addressed it so it drops out of the live list.

Polls:
• Build a poll ahead of time or on the fly — multiple-choice or word-cloud.
• Click "Launch" to open voting; the projection screen switches to live tallies (bar chart for multiple-choice, a growing word cloud for free-text).
• Click "Close" to freeze the result on screen.

Keeping the room engaged:
The projection screen always shows the join code and QR, so latecomers can jump in at any time. Link the session to a Deck and you can flip between your slides and the live results from one screen.
