Getting started with Live Sessions

Live Sessions turns every phone in the room into a way for your audience to ask questions, upvote them, and vote in live polls — no app to install, no sign-in. It ships built into the Events module, so any org with Events can run one.

Create a session:
1. Go to /live and click "New session". Give it a title and (optionally) link it to an Event or a Deck.
2. Each session gets a short join code. Audience members go to /live/j and enter it — or scan the QR shown on the presenter screen.

The four surfaces:
• /live — your list of sessions for the active org
• /live/:id — the presenter control panel: moderate questions, launch and close polls, watch results
• /live/:id/present — the projection screen for a big display: shows approved questions, poll tallies, and word clouds
• /live/j/:code — the audience join screen on attendees' phones

Moderation:
Turn on "Review questions before they appear" if you want a moderator to approve each question first. Off by default — questions go live the moment they're submitted and rise as the room upvotes them.
