Portable creditworthiness — you own it, not a bureau
When a lender originates a loan to you on Turtini, you're issued a Verified-by-Turtini creditworthiness credential — an Ed25519-signed verifiable credential that lives in your Personal context. It's yours.
What makes it different from a bureau file:
- **You hold it.** It's not a record a third party keeps about you and sells. It's a credential you carry.
- **It's verifiable offline.** Any lender (on Turtini or not) can verify the signature against Turtini's public key at /.well-known/turtini-trust — no call to a bureau, no permission needed from us.
- **It's portable.** Take it to your next lender as proof of your track record. Your creditworthiness travels with you between lenders instead of being re-pulled and re-priced each time.
Find it on the Creditworthiness tab of /me/credit once you've originated your first loan, with a link to view and verify it. This is the same open verifiable-credential protocol used across Turtini for KYB, domain ownership, and professional licenses. [[project_verified_by_turtini]]
