Dispatch a run

Dispatching a run sends a courier task into the queue. Your firm's runners (or marketplace runners from other firms) see it and accept.

To dispatch:
1. Active tab → inline "Dispatch a run" panel (no modal — fills the top of the list)
2. **Document type** — filing, service, recording, sealed delivery, miscellaneous
3. **From** — pickup location (defaults to your office)
4. **To** — recipient and address (court, opposing counsel, county recorder, etc.)
5. **Priority** — court-deadline / same-day / rush / routine (drives deadline calc)
6. **Deadline** — either a specific time (court-deadline) or computed from priority
7. **Notes** — special instructions ("box of binders", "needs notary witness", "park in lot B")
8. **Internal assignee** (optional) — direct-assign to a specific runner, or leave open for any of your firm's runners to grab
9. Save → run goes live

The run lands in:
- Your firm's Active tab
- The assignee's My Inbox (if direct-assigned)
- The cross-firm Marketplace if it's open and your firm participates

Wally tool `legalRunner_dispatch` accepts the same fields in chat — useful when a paralegal is on the phone with the court and needs to spin one up fast.
