Pausing your Turtini org (read-only mode)

If you need a break — seasonal business, sabbatical, off-season — you can pause your Turtini org without cancelling. Paused orgs keep all data, your domain, your integrations, and your support tools, but new writes are blocked until you resume.

How to pause:
1. Account → Subscription Status (Usage tab)
2. Click "Pause billing"
3. Done — a yellow banner appears at the top of every page reading "Paused — Billing is paused. Browse and export anytime — new writes are blocked until you resume or cancel."

What still works while paused:
• Sign-in for every member
• Read access to every page, dashboard, and report
• Wally chat answers (read-only — Wally won't apply changes)
• Public-facing surfaces (your site, booking pages, ticket pages, public menus, etc.) keep serving normally
• One-click data export (download a JSON snapshot of every record in your org)

What's blocked while paused:
• Any new writes from inside the app — no new contacts, orders, invoices, articles, etc.
• Wally action cards stay visible but cannot execute
• Scheduled jobs (recurring AR, social drips, drip campaigns) skip runs

Resuming:
Click "Resume billing" on the same screen. The banner disappears immediately, writes start working again, and scheduled jobs pick up on their next normal run. There's no proration penalty — you only pay for the days you're active.

Pause vs cancel:
Pause = keep everything, just stop writing for a while.
Cancel = start a 30-day grace window before your data is hidden (see "Cancelling and the 30-day grace window").
