Emails reach people in their own language
Translation isn't only for what you see on screen — it reaches the people you contact too.
When Turtini sends an email on your behalf (an invoice, an invite, a notification, a campaign), it checks the recipient's own language preference. If they've chosen a language on Turtini, the subject line and body arrive translated into it — automatically, with no extra step from you.
How it decides the language:
• Turtini matches the recipient by email address or account to find the language they picked in their own Settings.
• If the recipient has no preference on file, the email goes out in the original language unchanged. Nothing is ever lost — translation is a bonus layer, never a gate.
What's preserved:
• Links, addresses, your branding, and the email's layout all stay intact — only the human-readable wording is translated.
This is the same engine that powers the in-app language picker, so a customer who reads your platform in Portuguese also gets your emails in Portuguese.
