Job postings — title, location, comp, publish

A posting is a single open role. Drafts collect applications only after you publish them open — drafts are useful for getting peer review on the description before it goes public.

Creating a posting:
1. Jobs → Postings → + New posting
2. Title (required) — e.g. "Sous Chef"
3. Department, location, work mode (on-site / remote / hybrid), employment type
4. Comp range (optional) with "Show publicly" toggle — leave hidden if you negotiate per-candidate
5. Summary (required) — one sentence pull quote that runs under the title on the Careers page
6. Description, responsibilities, qualifications — long-form body
7. Tags — used by the Talent Network matcher when other orgs hire for similar roles
8. Application deadline (optional)
9. Save → Publish

Once published:
• The role appears on every page that contains a Careers Builder block (filtered to status='open')
• Applicants apply directly on your domain — no Turtini account required
• Postings auto-hide from the public page once the deadline passes, even if you forget to close them

Pause vs Close:
• Pause keeps the description on file and applications visible but stops accepting new ones (useful when you have enough candidates to interview)
• Close ends the role for good (still searchable in your archive)
