Pipeline — New → Screen → Interview → Offer → Hired
Every application starts in New and moves through Screen, Interview, Offer, and finally Hired or Rejected. The Pipeline tab gives you a kanban view; the Applications tab gives you a flat searchable list.
Moving stages:
• Click an applicant card to open the drawer
• The Stage controls let you advance, regress, or score them
• Notes + Score (0–100) live on the application itself — visible to your team
Interviewing:
• In the drawer's Interview section, pick a time + drop a Zoom link / address
• Saving moves the stage to Interview and stamps interviewAt + interviewLocation
• Future versions will sync to the unified calendar; for now, paste the link in a calendar invite manually
Sending an offer:
• Offer section — write the body, set a start date, click "Send offer email"
• The email goes via Resend from your verified sending domain (or Turtini's fallback)
• Stage advances to Offer automatically
Hiring — Workforce conversion:
• Hire → Workforce creates a workforce/{workerId} record under your org
• If the applicant has an existing Turtini account, the same uid becomes the employee — no second onboarding
• If they don't yet have an account, the Worker is created without a userId; they get an invite to set one up
• A welcome email goes out the moment you hire
Rejecting:
• Reject with feedback — optionally enter a short reason
• Wally drafts a kind, specific decline letter (falls back to a templated one if Anthropic is misconfigured)
• Applicant receives the email; stage stamps rejectedAt
