Getting started with Jobs
Jobs is the inbound talent surface — you post openings, accept applications on a public Careers page, run a short pipeline, and hire straight into Workforce without making the candidate onboard twice.
Enabling Jobs:
1. Settings → Modules → enable Jobs
2. Jobs appears in the main nav at /jobs
The five tabs:
• Postings — the openings you're currently hiring for (draft, open, paused, closed)
• Pipeline — kanban-style view of applicants by stage (New → Screen → Interview → Offer)
• Applications — flat list with stage + posting filters and a search box
• Talent Network — the Turtini-only cross-org candidate pool
• Settings — application-form requirements and email templates
The Turtini wedge:
Standalone ATSes can list jobs and track applicants. The unique Turtini surfaces are:
• Identity carry-over — when an applicant already has a Turtini account, hiring them just promotes the same uid into your Workforce. No second onboarding, no duplicate record.
• Cross-org Talent Network — candidates who opt in are surfaced to every Turtini org hiring for matching roles. The candidate owns the profile; orgs surface them; intros require explicit candidate acceptance.
• Worker referrals carry attribution from the moment a candidate applies, so a future bounty payout has a clean audit trail.
