Duplicating, deleting, and reordering — managing your forms

The /intake page lists every form as a card. Two actions live right on each card so you never have to rebuild a similar form by hand or keep a form you no longer need.

Duplicate a form:
Click Duplicate on a form's card. It makes a full copy — every question, setting, and payment tier — as a new DRAFT named "<the original> (Copy)". The copy is unpublished and starts with a fresh public link and a zero submission count, so it never collides with the original. You land in the editor on the new copy, ready to tweak and publish. This is the fast path to a "same but slightly different" form.

Delete a form:
Click Delete on the card. Because deleting is permanent, it asks you to confirm inline — a short warning appears on the card with "Yes, delete" and "Cancel" (no pop-up dialog). If the form is currently attached to something — a membership plan or a page on your site — the warning says so, so you can decide with eyes open. Confirm and the form and its questions are removed; a quick toast confirms it.

Reordering questions:
Inside the form editor, each question row has a drag handle (the dotted grip on the left). Click and drag a question up or down to reorder it; drop it where you want. The up / down arrows still work too if you prefer clicking. The new order saves automatically and is the order people see on the live form.
