Reviewing a submission and committing it to records

When auto-commit is off, submissions land in the review queue — open one at /intake/submissions/{submissionId} to walk through it.

What you see:
• Every answer, grouped by the target module it'll land on (Contact, Account, Property, FieldServiceJob, Document, Booking).
• Structured fields are read-only here — their mapping was fixed when the form was built.
• Freeform fields show Claude's proposed splits side-by-side with the verbatim snippet from the customer. Edit any snippet inline before commit, or drop a proposal you don't want.
• Photo uploads preview inline. If moderation rejected a photo (or it's still pending), you'll see a clear banner — rejected photos are dropped at commit time.

Commit:
Click Commit to fan the answers out to the target records. Every write carries source: 'intake-form' + a sourceTag of intake:{submissionId} so you can trace any field on any record back to the form submission that produced it.

Archive:
Click Archive to discard the submission without writing anything. Useful for spam or test fills.

Committing a submission is a permissioned action — editor or admin role on the org.
