Sharing an intake form — public link or Builder block

Every published form has two ways to reach people.

Public link:
Each form lives at /i/{formId}. In the form editor, copy the link and share it however you want — text, email, a QR code on a sign at the front desk, a link from your booking page. No account required to fill it out.

Embed it on your Builder site:
Open your site in the Builder, add the Intake Form block, and pick the form. The block renders the form inline on your page with your site's chrome, so the customer never leaves your domain. Optional knobs: a custom submit-button label, a heading, a subhead, the thank-you message, and the background style (card / section / blank).

Both paths submit via the same public callable. Photos uploaded with a submission go through the platform's image moderation pipeline before they're attached to the routed record — rejected photos are dropped at routing time and never reach your data.
