Getting started with Intake Forms
Intake Forms replaces the clipboard at the front desk. Build a tablet- and phone-friendly form once, share the public link or embed it on your site, and every submission auto-populates the right records across Turtini — Contacts, Accounts, Field Service jobs, Properties, Documents, and Bookings — in a single submission.
The two halves of a form:
• Structured fields — questions like "Email" or "Service address" that are mapped to a specific target at build time (for example, Contact → email). The submitted value lands in that exact field, every time. Deterministic.
• Freeform fields — open-ended questions like "Tell us what's going on." At submission time, Claude reads the answer and splits it across an allow-list of candidate targets you defined — so a paragraph about a leaking pipe at 123 Main can populate the contact's notes, the property address, and the field-service job description all at once.
Open /intake to see your forms and their submission counts. Click + New form to start one. Forms stay in draft until you publish; the public /i/{formId} link goes live the moment you do.
Intake Forms is free — no per-submission cost.
