Setting up webhooks

Webhooks let you stream Turtini CRM events to any external system — NetSuite, Salesforce, Zapier, a custom middleware, or any HTTP endpoint.

To set up a webhook:
1. Go to Settings → Webhooks
2. Click "Add Webhook"
3. Enter your endpoint URL (must be https://)
4. Optionally give it a label (e.g. "NetSuite Production")
5. Choose which events to subscribe to
6. Copy your signing secret and store it securely on your server
7. Click "Add Webhook"

Webhooks are per-organization. Only org owners and admins can manage them.
