Prepaid packages: define, sell, and manage them

Prepaid packages let a guest pay up front for your property's own services — a 5-visit spa series, an unlimited thermal-spa pass, a drink or dining package — and draw it down on-property, settled at debark on their guest account.

Where it lives:
Open Lodging → Settings, then scroll to "Prepaid Packages".

Define a package:
1. Click "+ New package".
2. Name and price it.
3. Choose the redemption model:
• Decrementing (unit series) — a fixed number of uses, e.g. 5 spa visits. Each redemption consumes one unit.
• Unlimited access — full access for a validity window, e.g. an all-stay thermal-spa pass. No per-use count; access is gated by the pass being active.
4. Choose the refund policy:
• Refund unused at debark — any un-drawn value is refunded to the card at check-out.
• Use it or lose it — unused value expires; no money moves.
5. Set validity — a number of days from purchase, or a fixed date window.
6. List the included entitlements — the service keys the package covers (e.g. spa.thermal, drink.house). This is what the "does this guest have a package covering X" check reads.

Sell a package:
On any active package, click "Sell", pick a checked-in guest, and take payment. The card is charged directly to your property (Turtini only keeps the ledger). The prepaid credit lands on the guest's account immediately.

Redeem and manage:
• A decrementing unit is redeemed from the service point; each redemption draws the prepaid credit down so the guest is not charged again.
• An unlimited pass is checked for eligibility rather than charged per use.
• Deactivate a package to stop selling it without deleting its history.

Custody and the closed loop:
A package is a prepayment for YOUR services on this single stay — it is not stored value and cannot be transferred, cashed out as money, or spent anywhere else. Your property holds the funds under its own license; Turtini never holds float.
