Buying a package and seeing it on your account
A prepaid package is paid for once, up front, and then draws down as you use it — everything shows on your one guest account and settles when you leave.
Buying a package:
Staff sell packages from the front desk. You pay by card at purchase; the charge goes to the property. From that moment the package is on your account.
Using it:
• A unit series (e.g. 5 spa visits) counts down one use at a time — you are not charged again at the spa; the prepaid value covers it.
• An unlimited pass simply grants access for its validity window — no per-visit charge.
Gratuity:
Auto-gratuity (a per-day service charge) and any gratuity added at a venue appear as their own line on your account, kept separate from your other charges. You can ask the front desk to adjust or remove a gratuity any time before check-out.
At check-out (debark):
Your account settles in one step. If your package was refundable and you did not use all of it, the unused portion is refunded to your card automatically. If it was a "use it or lose it" package, the unused part simply expires — no charge, no refund. Everything else (dining, drinks, shops, spa, gratuities) settles on the card on file in a single charge.
