Pipeline — submitted, under review, awarded

The Pipeline tab is a kanban view of every application moving through your review process.

Default columns:
• Submitted — landed but not yet reviewed
• Under Review — a reviewer or committee has it
• Awarded — funded
• Declined — not funded
• Withdrawn — applicant pulled the application

Drag-and-drop to advance applications. Each move is logged with user + timestamp.

Reviewer scoring:
Open an application → Reviewers panel → assign one or more reviewers. Each reviewer scores the application against the rubric (configurable per program — e.g. Mission alignment / Feasibility / Impact / Budget reasonableness, each 0–10). Average score appears on the card.

Committee meetings:
Filter Pipeline to "Under Review" and present in committee. Decisions captured during the meeting (Award / Decline / Defer to next round) advance the application immediately.

Decision letters:
On awarding, Wally drafts a decision letter from the application narrative — personalised, naming the project and the funded amount. On declining, Wally drafts a respectful regret letter that thanks the applicant for the work and explicitly does not promise future funding (legal hygiene).

Auto-post to Accounting:
If Accounting is active, awards auto-post as a Bill payable on the disbursement date. Disbursement schedule (lump-sum vs tranched) is set on the award itself.
