Running the tee sheet
The tee sheet is generated on the fly from the course's operating hours and tee interval — it is not a fixed list you have to build. Pick a date with the date navigator (or the prev/next-day buttons); the grid fills with every slot for that day, priced live.
Each slot shows:
• The tee time and its pricing window (Morning, Midday, Twilight, Super Twilight)
• Seats filled versus the course's max players per slot (usually 4)
• The live green fee from your rate plans
• The names of anyone already booked
Booking a group:
Click an open slot → set party size (capped at remaining seats), lead player name, 9 or 18 holes, player type, and payment method → Book. The booking appears on the sheet immediately.
Checking in and cancelling:
A booked slot shows Check-in and Cancel actions. Check-in marks every player arrived. Cancel uses a two-step inline confirm and frees the seats.
Blocks (maintenance, shotgun events, leagues):
Add a block to hold part of the sheet — a frost delay, a shotgun tournament, aeration. Blocks that overlap the day show as a banner on the tee sheet so staff don't book over them.
Closed days:
If the course has no hours set for a weekday, the sheet shows "closed" for that date — set the hours in the Courses tab to open it.
Let Wally do it:
Ask Wally "book a foursome Saturday at 8:10" and it will price the slot and put the group on the sheet after you confirm.
