Golf blocks for your course website

Everything your course runs internally can be run by guests and members from your own website. In the Website Builder, edit a page → + Add Block → the Golf blocks appear when the Golf module is on:

Golf — Book a Tee Time:
A live tee sheet on your site. Visitors pick a date and time, choose 9 or 18 holes and party size, enter their name and email, and book — the tee time lands on your Tee Sheet with a "pay at course" booking. Leave the Course ID blank to use your main course, or set it to publish a specific course's sheet.

Golf — Memberships:
Shows your active membership tiers with dues and perks, and a "request to join" form. Requests arrive as golf inquiries for your team to follow up. Manage the tiers in Golf → Members.

Golf — Twilight Hot Deals:
Displays the discounted unsold tee times your course auto-generates each morning. It hides itself when there are no active deals, so it's safe to leave on any page.

Golf — Member Portal:
A signed-in member sees their own upcoming tee times, handicap index, and recent scorecards. Visitors who aren't signed in see a sign-in prompt. This is the "My Golf" experience on your own domain.

Static export note:
The booking widget and member portal are live-only (they query real-time availability and a signed-in account), so a static GitHub export links back to the live site for those. The memberships and hot-deals blocks export as a snapshot.
