Memberships, members, and leagues

Memberships (Members tab → tiers):
Define membership tiers — Full Golf, Weekday, Junior, Social — with monthly or annual dues, whether a cart is included, guest passes per month, and how many days ahead members may book. Tiers are what your public Membership block on the course website shows.

Members (Members tab → enrolled):
Enroll a member against a tier. Enrollment references the unified Contact record rather than creating a separate customer list, so a member who is also a retail customer or an F&B guest is one person across the platform. Each enrollment can carry a member number, handicap index, and prepaid-rounds balance.

Leagues (Leagues tab):
Set up recurring league play — name, format (stroke, scramble, stableford, match, skins, best-ball), day of week, tee time, season window, and the player roster. Use a tee-sheet block on league days so league times aren't sold out from under you.
