Getting started with the Golf module
The Golf module runs a golf course end to end — the tee sheet, online booking, dynamic green-fee pricing, memberships, leagues, twilight hot deals, and rounds reporting. It is Turtini's answer to GolfNow-for-business, with one difference: golfers own their handicap and rounds for life, and your course holds a permissioned view rather than a copy.
To activate Golf:
1. Go to Organization → Settings → Modules
2. Enable "Golf" — it appears in your navigation, and a sample course, a dynamic rate plan, two membership tiers, and a couple of sample tee times are seeded so the tee sheet opens populated
The tabs:
• Tee Sheet — the day's slot grid, generated from your hours and tee interval. This is where the day is run.
• Bookings — every upcoming and past booking for the course
• Courses — course settings: holes (9 or 18), tee interval, hours per weekday, per-hole par/yardage, default fees
• Rates — dynamic green-fee pricing (see the Rates article)
• Members — membership tiers and enrolled members
• Leagues — recurring league play
• Marketing — the auto-generated twilight hot deals
• Reports — rounds played and revenue over a date range
• Dashboard — today's rounds, utilization, and revenue at a glance
Multi-course support:
If your org runs more than one course, add another in the Courses tab. A course selector appears at the top of the module so you can switch between them.
