Customers get an automatic email of their upcoming visits

When you set up a recurring service agreement (weekly lawn care, monthly pest control, quarterly maintenance), the customer is automatically emailed a tidy list of their next several scheduled visits — so they know exactly when to expect you, with no extra step from your team.

When it sends:
• As soon as an active agreement's schedule is created, and again whenever you change something that actually moves the visits — frequency, the days/dates, start or end date, or the preferred time.
• It won't re-send for unrelated edits (like renaming the agreement or changing a price), so customers aren't spammed.

What the customer sees:
• A short note with the service title, how often it runs, the property address, and a dated table of their next visits (about six ahead).

Make it your own:
• The email is the org-customizable "Service schedule" (fieldservice.schedule) template — edit its subject and copy under Settings → Email Templates. The list of dates is generated for each customer automatically.
