Before / after job photos

Every job has a Photos panel for before-and-after evidence. Techs upload from their phone during the job; photos persist on the job indefinitely.

Two photo categories:
• Before — what the work area looked like on arrival
• After — what it looked like on completion

Why both:
For warranty work, you need before-photos to prove the issue existed. For dispute resolution, you need after-photos to prove the work was done as described. Many trades require both per insurance terms.

Mobile capture:
The tech taps "Add photo" on the Job → Photos panel — phone camera opens directly. No third-party app, no email-as-attachment. The photo lands on the job within seconds.

Customer access:
Photos can be shared with the customer:
• Post-job summary email includes the after-photos
• Customer portal (if active) shows before/after on the job detail page
• Survey email can include thumbnail previews

Storage and moderation:
Every uploaded photo passes through the platform-wide image moderation pipeline (same as everywhere else on Turtini). Photos with safety concerns are held for review before being shown to customers.

Per-job storage:
Photos are billed against the org's storage allowance. Compress before upload if you're shooting high-resolution — for documentation purposes, 1024×768 is more than enough.
