Service agreements
Service agreements represent recurring contracts with customers — maintenance plans, SLAs, or subscription service arrangements.
Creating an agreement:
1. Field Service → Agreements → + New Agreement
2. Link to the customer
3. Name the agreement (e.g. "Annual HVAC Maintenance Plan")
4. Set start and end dates
5. Choose billing frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually
6. Enter the contract value
7. Set status: Draft, Active, or Expired
8. Add any terms or notes
9. Save
Agreement statuses:
• Draft — being set up, not yet in force
• Active — customer is under contract
• Expired — past end date or terminated
You can reference an agreement on any job to indicate the work is covered under contract, which helps with billing reconciliation.
