Dispatch board

The Dispatch tab gives a real-time overview of today's field activity — who is scheduled, who is active, and what needs attention.

What it shows:
• All jobs scheduled for today, grouped by status
• Worker assignments with job details at a glance
• Urgent and high-priority jobs are highlighted

Using Dispatch:
• Click any job card to open it and update the status
• Move jobs forward in the workflow (Scheduled → En Route → In Progress) directly from the card
• Filter by worker or status to focus on a subset

Use Dispatch as your morning briefing view before the day starts, and update status in real time as technicians check in from the field.
