Passes update live when an event changes

When you change a Flow event — its name, venue, start time, or status — the passes attendees have already added to their wallet update automatically. No re-issuing, no "please download a new ticket" email.

How it works:

When someone adds an event pass to Apple Wallet, their device registers with Turtini. If you later edit the event (say you move the stage or push the start time), Turtini notifies every registered device and the pass refreshes in place. The attendee just sees the new details next time they glance at it.

This is why it's worth keeping the event's details accurate right up to the day — a last-minute venue change or a weather hold reflected on the event flows straight to everyone's pass.

Good to know:

• Updates apply to passes already saved to a wallet — you don't have to do anything beyond editing the event.
• Live pass updates require Apple Wallet pass delivery to be provisioned for your org (Settings → Integrations → Apple Wallet). Until then, passes still work; they just don't auto-refresh.
