Getting started with Flow

Flow is the experience-entitlements OS — it coordinates who gets access to what, when, where, and why. One model covers conferences, festivals, venues and voyages: a Contact holds a Credential (a ticket/pass), the credential carries Entitlements, and each entitlement unlocks an Access Point within an optional time window.

Enabling Flow:
1. Settings → Modules → enable Flow
2. Flow appears in the nav at /flow, pre-seeded with a sample event

Set up an event in four steps:
1. Access Points tab — define your gates, lounges, sessions and zones. Give each a capacity and an optional time window.
2. Tiers tab — create the passes you sell (GA, VIP, Speaker). Each tier lists which access points it grants.
3. Credentials tab — issue a pass. Entitlements are materialized automatically from the tier. Use "Issue credential" for one, or publish the public page so guests buy their own.
4. Overview tab — set the event status to "live" when doors open.

Wally can issue a credential straight from chat — just say "give Jordan Lee a VIP pass."
