Getting started with Fleet
Fleet is the vessel-operations OS — every ship's registry, planned maintenance, defect history, drydock projects, certificates, Port State Control record, and bunkering log on one bridge.
Enabling Fleet:
1. Settings → Modules → enable Fleet
2. Fleet appears in the main nav under Operations at /fleet
The seven tabs:
• Vessels — registry of every ship in your fleet (IMO, MMSI, class, flag, tonnage, deck plans)
• Defects — mobile photo defect reporting with deck-plan pin drops
• Maintenance — Planned Maintenance System (PMS) with hours- and calendar-based intervals
• Certificates — SOLAS, MARPOL, IOPP, ISPP, ISSC vault with expiry alerts
• Drydock — refit projects with shipyard bids, punch lists, daily progress photos
• PSC — Port State Control inspection log with deficiency tracking and detention risk score
• Bunkers — IFO/MGO/LSFO log with density, BDN files, and EU-MRV / IMO-DCS rollups
Pairs with two other modules:
• Voyages — assigns a scheduled voyage to one of your fleet vessels
• Bridge — engine hours from Bridge automatically increment PMS counters in Fleet so usage-based maintenance stays current without anyone re-keying numbers
Wally surfaces cross-vessel patterns: the same fault code appearing on three sister ships, recurring deficiencies that PSC inspectors are likely to flag next port. Click any pattern to drill into the source defects.
