Your workspace: search your own stuff in Find

When you're signed in, Find searches your own things too — not just public businesses and the web. Your documents, contacts, accounts, deals, events, sites, projects, and personal items all become searchable from the same box.

Where it shows:
• A "Your workspace" section appears at the top of the results, above everything else — because your own things are usually what you're looking for.
• It only appears when you're signed in and there's a match. Signed out, Find is exactly the public search; your workspace is never shown to anyone else.

What it covers:
• Your current organization and your personal data are searched instantly — they're already loaded, so results appear the moment you type.
• Your other organizations are searched too, so one box reaches everything you have access to without switching context.

Built for doing, not just finding:
• Every result carries the right action — Open a document, View a deal, see Details on an event — so the result is a verb, not a dead link.
• Your own events show live status the same way public ones do — Happening now, Today, Tomorrow.
• A person you know shows up once, even if they're saved in more than one place.

Private by design: your workspace results are only ever visible to you, and Find only searches what you already have permission to see — nothing more. Sign out and it's gone.
