Searches you can come back to
A search in Find is not just a page you leave. Find keeps the searches you have run so you can pick one back up — the query, the answer, and what you had open.
**Why this exists**
Looking something up is rarely one question. You search, read, refine, get interrupted, and come back. Starting over means re-typing a question you already answered and re-reading results you already judged. Keeping the session means the second half of the work survives the interruption.
**What is kept**
The query and the results you were shown. Not your scroll position, and not anything you did on another site afterwards.
**Removing one**
Any session can be removed, and removing it removes it — it is not hidden from a list while staying in a record somewhere.
**If you do not want a search kept at all**
Run it privately instead. See "Search without keeping it."
