Dispatch map — Google Maps or Turtini Roam

The Field Service dispatch map runs on your choice of provider — switch with the Google / Turtini Roam toggle in the map toolbar (the setting is saved for your whole org).

Both providers give you:
• Job pins coloured by status, click to open the job.
• Today's route — an optimized path through the day's stops (with the weather-aware reorder).

Turtini Roam (the no-Google-key option) adds: roadmap / satellite / terrain layers, on-map distance + area measure, and click-anywhere-to-get-an-address (reverse geocode). It's built on open maps + our own routing engine, so there's no third-party key to manage.

Google Maps remains the default with its native directions and satellite imagery. Either way the route optimizer (including FedEx-style right-turns-first) works the same.
