Festival passes

Festival passes give attendees multi-event access and are sold separately from individual screening tickets.

Pass types are configured in Events → Settings → Film Festival → Pass Types:
• Name (e.g. "All Access", "Filmmaker", "Press & Industry")
• Price and description
• Perks — a list of what the pass includes (e.g. "Admission to all screenings", "Exclusive opening night reception", "Voting rights")
• Capacity — set to 0 for unlimited

Purchasing a pass:
1. Events → Passes (public tab)
2. Attendees browse available pass types and their perks
3. Click Buy — Stripe embedded checkout handles payment
4. Pass holders receive a confirmation and their pass appears in their account

Admin view:
• Events → Passes → Pass Holders tab (admins only)
• See all pass holders by type, with purchase date and email
• Export the list for accreditation or badge printing

Press & Industry override: when creating a screening event, you can toggle "Press & Industry override" to allow pass holders with press-level access to attend without a separate ticket.
