Delete your face data

You can delete your face data at any time, and it's a one-tap request — you never have to explain why.

To delete it:
1. Open your Account and go to the Safety section — find the "Face ID" panel.
2. Press Delete my face data.
3. A short confirmation appears inline (no pop-up). Press "Yes, delete" to confirm, or Cancel to keep it.

What happens: your face template and your enrollment are removed from the organization's gallery, and your consent record is closed out. After that, the desk can no longer recognize you until you choose to enroll again. Because the stored template was only ever a set of numbers — never a photo — there's nothing left behind to reconstruct your face from.
