Check guests in with Face Check-In

Face Check-In lets your crew register a recognized guest into an event in one tap, right from the registration desk.

To check a guest in:
1. Open Face Check-In (/face-checkin). It picks your organization's nearest event automatically — if there's no event yet, create one first.
2. Allow the camera, center the guest's face in the oval, and press Capture.
3. If there's a confident match, you'll see "Register <Name>?" — press it to register that person for the event. Done.
4. If there's no confident match, pick the right guest from the candidate list, rescan, or fall back to registering them manually.

How the match works: the guest's face is turned into a template on the device and ranked only against the people enrolled for THIS organization and visit — never a global database. A match is a claim, not proof, so you always confirm the person before registering.

Face Check-In only registers the guest — it never takes a payment. If there's something to pay for, that happens on the normal checkout screen.
