Book an excursion and cancel or refund it
Guests book an on-sale experience two ways.
Card, up front:
Excursions -> Bookings -> New booking, choose Pay by card. This mints a checkout on your own branded surface (never a third-party payment page). You are the merchant of record; the operator's share is routed to it automatically as part of the charge.
Onboard, to a folio:
Choose Charge to folio and enter the guest's reservation id. The excursion posts to the guest's on-property account as an off-rail charge and settles once, at debark — the same folio that carries their dining and shop purchases. The operator's commission for onboard bookings is paid at that debark moment.
Cancel or refund:
On any booking, click Cancel and confirm. A card booking is refunded to the guest and the operator's share is clawed back proportionally. A folio booking is reversed on the guest account before debark, so it never settles. The Payouts tab shows every operator payout and its status — including any amount marked "owed" if an operator temporarily can't receive money (never silently dropped).
