Print and post the listener QR signs
Each theater has its own printable QR poster. Print one per stage, tape it to a stand or column where listeners can see it from anywhere in the audience area.
To download a poster:
1. Open Events → Theaters → expand a theater
2. Click "Download printable PDF"
3. The PDF is portrait letter — print at 100% scale (do not "shrink to fit")
What's on the poster:
• The event title and theater name
• A large high-error-correction QR code (scannable from 6+ feet)
• A short URL the QR code resolves to (so visually impaired attendees can type it)
• A Verified-by-Turtini stamp in the corner — anyone can scan the second QR to confirm the poster wasn't swapped
Operational tips:
• Keep the poster at eye level when standing — most attendees scan from their feet
• Add a printed line below the QR with "Captions in your language built in"
• If you reprint after a token rotation, the old printouts stop working — that's intentional, prevents reuse next year
