Design your event's wallet pass (color & logo)
Every event with ticketing can have its own wallet-pass look. The Pass Designer lives right in the event editor, so you can make each event's Apple Wallet ticket match its vibe.
Where to find it:
1. Open an event → Edit
2. Turn on Ticketing (the designer appears once ticketing is enabled)
3. Scroll to the "Wallet pass" section
What you can set:
• Card color — choose "Match brand" to use your org's brand color, or "Custom" to pick any color for this event. A live preview updates as you go.
• Logo — leave blank to use your org logo, or paste a URL to a per-event logo (a transparent PNG looks best).
Readability is automatic:
Whatever card color you pick, Turtini chooses the text color for you so it always stays legible — the designer shows a contrast score (aim for "AA"). You never have to hand-tune text colors.
The live preview is the real thing:
The preview shows this event's actual title, date, time, and location exactly as they'll appear in an attendee's Apple Wallet after they tap "Add to Apple Wallet." Apple gives every pass the same rounded card shape, so color and logo are how you make it yours.
Good to know:
• Changes apply to new passes attendees download. If someone already added the pass, it refreshes over the air where supported.
• No brand color set yet? The pass falls back to Turtini blue until you pick one (or set your org brand color in Account → Branding).
