Message everyone registered — emergency alerts & event updates

Need to reach everyone registered for an event at once? Open the event's Attendance roster and use Message attendees.

Two modes:
• Event update — routine changes ("Doors now open at 6, not 5:30").
• Emergency — clearly flagged in the text and subject ("Venue evacuated — meet at the north lot").

Pick channels: Text (SMS) goes to everyone who gave a mobile number; Email goes to all registrants. You'll see how many were reached.

Capturing the details that make this work:
• Registration now asks for a mobile number (so alerts can reach phones) and, for in-person events, an emergency contact. For signed-in attendees both default from their profile.
• You can text + email simultaneously for emergencies to maximize reach.
